Our Story...
Our dad was diagnosed with esophageal cancer on September 15th, 2009. It's not the first time we've been through this, but it's the first time we've been through this as adults - living in different homes, across multiple cities... going through something that is hard to think about and even harder to talk about. We are grateful for each other, grateful for our friends and family... but, most of all - we are grateful for our dad and the many gifts he has given us. Strength to hold each other up, faith to trust that things will be as they should, hope to calm us on the darker days and a sense of humor to laugh when all we really want to do is cry.
Our dad is a fighter.
He will get through this. We will get through this together.

celebrating simple pleasures today... i was praying for the corner seat like i'm praying for this all to just be done already :)
